Mileage Trackers*

Mileage Trackers can also be picked up at the office.

*Mileage trackers can be utilized by caregivers providing transportation to/from community outings or errands during Attendant Care and Home and Community Assistance. 
Home Health and SFC do not qualify for mileage reimbursement.
