The Director of Client Services leads ongoing client service operations across geographic branches and assigned service lines. The position is accountable for branch growth, operational execution, client satisfaction, staffing effectiveness, service utilization, leader development, and resolution of escalated service issues and incidents.

The Branch Manager owns the day-to-day operational success and responsible growth of an assigned branch. The position leads local staff, develops waiver referrals, assesses staffing capacity, oversees service delivery and client satisfaction, conducts on-site onboarding (or works alongside HR), manages escalated ANE concerns/incidents, and ensures the branch completes corrective measured identified by Compliance, QA, Clinical Leadership, or Corporate HR.

The Quality Assurance Manager supervises the daily work of QA Coordinators and ensures documentation reviews are timely, consistent, accurate, and aligned with established standards. While maintaining a small caseload, this role assigns workloads, resolves reviewer questions, monitors correction workflows, identifies trends, supports audit preparation, and provides objective feedback to operational and clinical leaders.

The Authorization Manager directs the daily authorization function for waiver and home health services. The position supervises Authorization Coordinators, establishes work queues and controls, monitors expirations and pending requests, resolves complex authorization barriers, works alongside nursing leadership for PA appeals and ensures accurate communication of approved service parameters to operational and clinical teams.

The Client Engagement Liaison serves as the primary non-clinical liaison for clients and families regarding initial and ongoing authorization needs. The position communicates with clients, families, physician offices, referral sources, and internal departments to obtain the records and information needed to support prior authorization requests and continued service approval. The Client Engagement Liaison answers questions, explains outstanding requirements, provides status updates, and follows documentation requests through completion so families have a consistent and reliable point of contact.

The Lead Service Coordinator supervises a team of approximately two to four Service Coordinators while maintaining a reduced client caseload. The position provides daily direction, coaching, workflow support, caseload balancing, complaint resolution, escalation triage, documentation monitoring, and coverage assistance. The Lead Service Coordinator performs the full Service Coordinator function for assigned clients while helping the team meet service, quality, and timeliness standards.

The Authorization Coordinator obtains, tracks, verifies, enters, and maintains payer authorizations for assigned waiver and/or home health services. The position follows requests from initiation through decision, identifies missing information or discrepancies, communicates service impact, and maintains complete documentation of payer and stakeholder contacts.

The Executive Assistant serves as a highly trusted strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer and executive leadership team. This position provides advanced administrative support, manages executive priorities, coordinates organizational initiatives, assists with policy and SOP development, supports internal and external communications, and helps ensure organizational consistency across departments.

The Facilities and Systems Coordinator supports the daily operation of company facilities, equipment, fleet, security access, technology coordination, and administrative support functions. This position serves as a key operational resource for employees, vendors, and leadership by coordinating maintenance activities, tracking assets, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining records, and ensuring facilities and support systems operate efficiently throughout Indiana.
