Healthcare Benefits Enrollment through Paycor

60 days after your first day of work, you will receive emails from

Paycor that you can start shopping for healthcare benefits.

Paycor is an easy-to-use portal which provides you access

to shop for healthcare benefits as a new hire.

Healthcare benefits are available for new hires, existing employees

with a Qualifying Life Event, and annually at open enrollment.

You must work at least 30 hours per week to qualify for healthcare benefits

Discretionary Matching Contribution  Participant Summary

 

The Employer, TPS Medical Holdings, LLC, had been making a discretionary matching contribution on the employee’s behalf to The Standard Pooled Employer Plan for the Plan Year ending December 31, 2024. The following describes the matching contribution which applies to the contributing employee which was effective starting with the 1/23/24 check date (pay period 12/31/23-01/13/24) through the 06/25/24 check date (pay period 06/02/24-06/15/24). The exact amount of each employee contribution is reflected in the quarterly benefit statement.

 

The employer contribution was 50% of the first 6% the employee contributed bi-weekly through check date 06/25/24 (pay period 06/02/24-06/15/24).  The maximum employer match was capped each pay period at 3% of the employee’s compensation.  No match is being contributed after the pay period ending on 6/15/24.
