The electronic W-2s are ready for employees to start downloading from the Paycor website or the Paycor mobile app.

Everyone has access to the electronic W-2s in Paycor, even if you did not opt out of paperless.

If you did not opt out of paperless and you're expecting a printed W-2, it will be sent out by Paycor approximately the last week of January, which is 1/25/2026. Paycor stated those expecting a paper W2 should have them by the end of the month (January 2026).
